Camping Puttgarden is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach in the northeast of Fehmarn, ideal for all water sports enthusiasts. A kite school directly on the course offers everything for beginners and advanced kitesurfers to make kitesurfing an experience. In addition, the kite area “Grüner Brink” with ideal conditions for kitesurfing is within walking distance.
But also for nature lovers the Campinglatz Puttgarden offers an excellent starting point. The campsite is located near the wallnau nature reserve and in direct bird flight line, making it the perfect starting point for fantastic walks and bike rides. And with a little luck you can observe porpoises, because the Fehmarn Belt is considered one of the three most important porpoise areas in Germany.
Camping Puttgarden offers 150 well-kept pitches for campers, caravans and tents. Whether only individual overnight stays, entire holidays or even as a permanent camper you are welcome here. Dogs are also welcome and can also be taken to the beach. The clean sanitary facilities at Camping Puttgarden are barrier-free and have a large number of separate shower, toilet and washbasin cabins. In addition, our campers have a changing table, scullery and outdoor sink area, as well as washing machine and dryer at their disposal. Wi-Fi is available throughout the square and every place has electricity.
For our little guests we offer a children’s playground, Kettcars, as well as a table tennis table, a foosball table, a basketball hoop and a football field on grass.
