CONDITIONS
Contract
The desired reservation becomes legally binding only after written confirmation by the landlord and after receipt of the deposit. It is only valid for the period confirmed in writing. Deviations from the reservation confirmation must always be made in writing.
Deposit
A deposit of EUR 50.00 must be paid within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation. In the event of non-timely receipt of the deposit, the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled free of charge for both parties without further notice and shall be voided. The deposit will be charged on arrival with the actual fees to be paid on site.
Withdrawal / Cancellation
Until the arrival date, you can withdraw from the contract at any time without giving reasons. However, to avoid misunderstandings, we can only consider written cancellations. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
Up to 28 days before the arrival date: free of charge
27 days to 3 days before the arrival date: 20% of the deposit will be refunded
In case of no-show: no refund possible
Arrival
Please arrive by 7.00 pm on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival we ask for additional information. If you have not arrived by 19.00, the administration is entitled to cancel the reservation.
Children and adolescents travelling alone
Unaccompanied children up to and including 15 years of age cannot be accepted. Young people travelling alone will only be admitted with reservation upon presentation of a written declaration of consent from the legal guardian. A duty of care, supervision or care on the part of the administration is expressly excluded in such cases.
Other
Please note that special pitch requests cannot be taken into account when making a reservation, as our facility is not parcelled. Please present reservation and deposit receipts to our reception staff upon arrival
