FAQ – English
Arrival: Arrival is always possible until 7 pm. If you arrive later, you need to let us know.
Departure: Departure needs to be done until noon. Depending on available capacity it is also possible to leave later for a small price.
Directions: You will find the address on Directions
Reservation: If you have a reservation, you will have a guaranteed spot at our campsite. However even without reservation we usually have enough capacity. You can just arrive spontaneously.
Payment: The payment will be done on arrival for the whole duration of the stay. A refund if you leave early is not possible. It is possible to pay by cash or with credit- or debitcard. The next ATM is in Burg auf Fehmarn
Tourist tax: Everyone over the age of 18 needs to pay tourist tax. Children and teenagers are exampt from it. From 15th May until 14th September it costs 2€ per Night. Otherwise it will be 1€ per night.
Kitesurf: At the campsite is a kiteschool, with a brandnew concept, ideal for beginners. Also the Kitesurf paradise "Grüner Brink is just a few minutes walk away
Fishing: Near the campsite is a free slipway. Boats can stay on the campsite with you.
Bicycle: The campsite Puttgarden is perfectly connected with the bike routes on Fehmarn.
Barbecue: You are allowed to have a barbecue. Due to fire regulations you need to ensure to keep a distance towards other campers.
Washer & dryer washing machines and dryer are inside of the sanitary building and can be used by every camper.
Supply & disposal At the sanitary building, fresh water can be refilled and greywater can be given away free of charge.
Wifi: Wifi ist free of charge, available on the whole Campsite.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the campsite and at the beach right next to it.
Lost & Found Please hand in a lost item at the reception.
